New Delhi, June 20, 2016: KRK thinks that Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vidya Balan, nearing 40s, should take up roles that suit their age. Worse is that he added Sonakshi Sinha also in the list and the girl is merely 29!
Sonakshi Sinha has had problems with KRK in the past so perhaps adding her in the list of actors who should act their ‘age’ has some agenda. Here is the bone of contention between the two:

But Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vidya Balan are the leading ladies of Bollywood and are loved and admired for the longevity of their careers, the range of emotions and the sheer talent that they bring to a film!
Heroines like Vidya, Priyanka, Sonakshi, Kareena etc should stop acting like main lead heroines n concentrate on roles of their age now.

Worse is that Kaarena Kapoor Khan’s husband Saif Ali Khan is rarely singled out for what she was called out for! Even Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan are never spoken about for being too old for romancing around the trees or working opposite female actors who are barely half their age!
Also, the top female actors of Bollywood are now in their 30’s; Priyanka Chopra is 34, Deepika Padukone is 30, Sonam Kapoor is 31 and Katrina Kaif is 31!
To be fair, major actors like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dikhit Nene are in their 40s and Sri Devi in in their 50s and their fan following has not diminished even one bit!
They may not be the poster girls like Pooja Hegde, but they are a force to reckon with and are respected in the industry and society.
So clearly, KRK with his age-shaming tweets should remember that Bollywood is not a place like politics where a surname is all that you need; it is a competitive industry where the best rules the roost.
And these ladies have worked hard to earn their place so perhaps he must think twice before telling them to change course.
