New York, May 7, 2017: Adele has infuriated some of her fans while gushing over Beyonce’s latest album ‘Lemonade.’
In her praise for Beyonce, Adele got a little too carried away and said “how is it even possible that she only ever gets better? How is that possible?”
Adele in the next line used the ‘F’ word along with Jesus Christ which is what made her fans angry.
Many are saying that not only were her comments in extremely bad taste, but also showed arrogance on her part.
In short, whatever Beyonce might be, like a commentator put it, yet no one has the right to insult the faith .
She made these comments at her Denmark concert and indeed people today are as angry as they were when Madonna came out with ‘Like a Prayer’ that showed burning crosses among other things.
Adele is a versatile singer, but she is not entirely known for having any control over her tongue, although she has said in an older interview that she is not much abusive in her real life.
So perhaps, when she gets a little too excited, she ends up like this.
Earlier too, she had praised Beyonce on the Instagram and wrote: “I’m not late on this I’ve just been speechless. Beyonce is the most inspiring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of worshipping. Her talent, beauty, grace and work ethic are all in a league of their own. I appreciate you so much! Thank god for Beyoncé .”
In 2015 she had said ‘I’m Queen Bey until I die’ to show her love for Beyonce.
Adele has millions of fans and followers from across the world who like and listen to her songs.
The singer had also got an Oscar for the best original song for the bond flick Skyfall.
This was the first Academy Award for any Bond film in the 47 years.
