Kritika Kamra makes for a ravishing Chandrakanta and the actor recently shared her look from the epic serial that is due to make a come back on Life OK.
Chandrakanta – Prem ya Paheli that is due to air in March has been produced by Nikhil Sinha, who has earlier produced the STAR Plus’ show Siya Ke Ram.
The show was in the news after a hot back shot from the serial went viral!
Chandrakanta was a hit 90’s show that showed a glamorous Shikha Swaroop play the title role of a princess in love. The show had many interesting angles including that of magic, snakewomen, and others.
The show had also boasted of excellent and a very talented star cast right from
Mamik Singh as a Deva, Shahbaz Khan as Kunwar Virendra Vikram Singh, Javed Khan as Tej Singh, Mukesh Khanna as Janbaaz, Vijayendra Ghatge as Sumer Singh, Parikshit Sahni as Maharaja Surendra Singh (King of Naugarh), Pankaj Dheer as Shiv Dutt (King of Chunargarh, a Vish Purush), Durga Jasraj as Rani Kalawati, Rajendra Gupta as Pandit Jagannath/Shani (his twin brother, a villain), Akhilendra Mishra as Kroor Singh aka Yakoooo, Irrfan Khan as Badrinath/Somnath(his twin brother) and Krutika Desai Khan.
No wonders it has a cult status among Indian viewers as the serial is remembered as giving India’s finest actors!
