New Delhi, July 30, 2016: Once again the cruel face of Saudi Arabian employers has come to light but the Indian government is ready to fight it out for the Indian workers.
An Indian man named Imran Khokhar tweeted to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj that a Saudi Arabian company named Ojhar based on Malik road Jeddah has duped the Indian workers.

The level of harassment is such that these Indian nationals have been left all alone to fend for themselves and have not received the salary for past 8 months! Worse, they do not even have passports with them, likely taken away by the employers.

Adding to their misery for the past three days, these Indian workers have not even had the morsel of food.

Worried Indian workers rushed to the Indian embassy and tweeted to Sushma Swaraj, Indian External Affairs Minister and she heard them out and the help is now being given to these stranded Indian workers.
Taking serious note of the situation, Sushma Swaraj has directed the Indian Embassy to serve food in Jeddah while General V.K. Singh will be leaving soon to Saudi Arabia to sort out the matters.

MJ Akbar has been asked to take up the matter with immediate effect.

Sushma Swaraj vowed that no Indian worker left unemployed in these nations will go without food and that she herself is monitoring the situation. She also informed that the reason for the hardship was that a large number of Indian nationals have lost jobs in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and their employers did not pay wages after closing down the factories. But she did say that while the situation may be fine in Kuwait, the same cannot be said of Saudi Arabia.
