Pakistani Hindu woman will get married and will do so on the desired date!

External Affairs Minister of India, Sushma Swaraj, has now stepped in to help the Indo-Pak couple who is set to marry in India within a month. The Pakistani Hindu woman Priya Bachchani is to marry Jodhpur resident Naresh Tewani but they were having problems in getting visas from the Indian embassy in Pakistan.

A newspaper in India Dainik Bhaskar picked up the plight of the couple and tweeted the same to the EAM and as is her reputation, she quickly replied in Hindi and English saying that ‘Pls do not worry. We will issue the visa.’

After the minister’ assurance, the couple, and their families surely would have heaved a sigh of relief.

Sushma Swaraj also ensured that the Pakistani Muslim girls who were in India during Indo-Pakistan tensions stay happy when in India. The girls were in India for the Global Youth Peace Festival.

This visit was after the terrorist attack in Uri that martyred several Indian soldiers after which India conducted surgical strikes to dismantle terror launch pads.

Sushma Swaraj is one of the most active ministers on Twitter and before helping the Pakistani Hindu woman, she has helped a Pak Hindu girl who fled from Pakistan because of religious persceution.
