New Delhi, July 15, 2016: France suffered another terror attack and this time it came not via bullet but via a truck which gruesomely smashed into every human being that was present. Close to 84 people have died with even babies not being spared by the 31-year-old suspect Franco-Tunisian man named Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel.

Meanwhile, a page has also cropped up on Facebook named Je HAIS Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel which is sharing details about the attacker and already has 411 people as its followers.

But it was Indians who showed their anger at the attack after French Prime Minister Manuel Valls in a rather defeatist note urged his grieving countrymen that they must ‘learn to live with terrorism.’

#TruckHasNoReligion was a novel way of Indians to show their anguish at the way terrorism is being handled across the globe.

Trending #TruckHasNoReligion Indian people showed what they felt about the terror attack and terrorism in general. What many hashtag users also pointed out was that for a terrorist it really didn’t matter what his chosen weapon of destruction could be; he can use a knife, a bullet, or a truck as well, therefore, gun control may be a futile exercise. In fact, some of them felt that gun control will lead people defenseless and more vulnerable to terrorist violence.

Here are some of the outpourings on #TruckHasNoReligion from India:

Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was left appalled by the massacre at France:
